Full Job Description
We’re seeking caring, reliable, and professional individuals to join our team as a Disability and Aged Care Support Worker (Home Care) at Olimpia’s Loving Care.
In this role, you will provide compassionate, in-home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities, supporting them with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mealtime assistance, while ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. You will assist with meal preparation, accommodating client preferences and dietary needs, and help maintain a clean and safe home environment through home help and domestic support, including vacuuming, cleaning, washing dishes, and changing linens.
Your responsibilities will also include grocery shopping for essentials, providing companionship through conversation and emotional support, Additionally, you will provide respite support to families, allowing caregivers a much-needed break, and assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and social outings.
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives while building lasting relationships and being part of a supportive, family-oriented team, with a minimum requirement of 5-hour shifts per day.
